Helping solve the water crisis through Facebook.
Objective / Solve a problem using technology that wasn't available to us fifteen years ago.
Insight / Developing countries are struggling to survive because of their lack of clean water. We have the means and desire to help but, as human beings, we are more inclined to participate if it's easy, cheap, and beneficial to us. Practically everyone uses social media and there are 214 million Facebook users in the United States alone.
Solution / To combat this crisis and appeal to consumer needs we used Facebook as a platform for people to send water to countries in need on a consistent basis with just the click of a button.
